Instilia a été fondé en 2014 à Marseille par Olivier Catelin, après plus de quinze ans d'expérience dans des cabinets de conseil internationaux et des directions SI de grands groupes.
Le cabinet réunit aujourd'hui une équipe resserrée de consultants expérimentés — anciens DSI, architectes d'entreprise, chefs de programme. La mission de chaque consultant est de semer les graines de l'autonomie chez ses clients.
